Printools - A Brief History Printools was established by the Chairman Mr. N.A. Ananth in 1969. He launched the enterprise with the objective of producing quality equipment for the printing industry. A mechanical engineer by qualification Mr. Ananth got into the field to manufacture lead type casting machines. These typecasting machines were used in the process to manufacture lead types for printing. Down the years Printools got associated with Monotype, U.K Ltd. to manufacture typecasting machines for them.Until the year 1983, Printools had almost sold 1000 machines. These machines were sold across the globe by Monotype U.K . Ltd.

Printools - Yesterday

In the early eighties India saw the advent of offset printing machines capturing the market. Foreseeing the future of the printing industry, Mr. Ananth made the right move to augment the production of high-speed offset printing machine, he visualized a huge potential for high speed finishing equipments.He decided to manufacture quality binding machines in the year 1981.

Since then, Printools has always been a pioneer in bringing the latest technology to India.Over the last two decades, Printools has established itself as market leader & a trendsetter.Today Printools stands synonym to quality binding equipments and finishing solution.

M/s. Itotec co. Ltd., Japan in 2006 for marketing Itotec Products in India. ITOTEC has about more than 85 years experience for producing paper cutter machine and is one of the leading manufacturers in Japan.
